Hello!
We are Unlock Democracy's Leicester group. We meet regularly to discuss action on democracy issues such as cleaning up politics and reforming the voting system.
- Debrief on "Tackling Money and Corruption in Politics" (the public meeting with Liz Kendall MP we held on the 14/06/12)
- Update on our campaign to get the Electoral Reform Society to get to work on campaigning for STV for local elections
- Planning more events.
- The future of this group - what else can we be campaigning on?
Followed by the traditional after-meeting drink in the Ale Wagon.
